Payment Methods
We offer the following payment methods:
- Bank transfer with currency "Euro" (using IBAN and BIC)
- PayPal
Payment method "Bank transfer" with currency "Euro" is free of charge.
Important:If you use any other currency than "Euro" for the bank transfer, we need to charge 12,50 € handling fee on top of your order.12,50 € is the exact amount that our bank charges to us for incoming non-Euro payments.
Payment method "PayPal" is free of charge.
Delivery within Germany
We use DHL for deliveries within Germany.
Purchases with a minimum order value of 25,00 € are sent free of charge within in Germany.

Delivery to post-offices boxes is not possible.
Confirmation of availability and price
International Shipping
For shipment to destinations outside of Germany, we use "Deutsche Post" (for parcels up to 2kg)and "Deutsche Post DHL" (for parcels of 2kg and more).
Shipment fees for international deliveries are based on the weight of the parcel and the destination country.
The weight of your order is calculated automatically, when you select the destination country.
The shipment fee for your order will be displayed to you in the "Shopping cart content".It will be shown again during checkout process.

Confirmation of availability and price
Information about estimated availability of items in our web-shop are shown on each item's page.If an item is not available in the quantity that you placed in the shopping cart, we will inform you before finishing the order.We confirm your order by sending an email that confirms your order and lists the items that your ordered (order confirmation).The order confirmation email does not indicate that we accept your order already or that a purchase contract is already in place, it is only meant to inform you that we received your order.The purchase contract for your order comes into effect, when we dispatch the ordered items to you and when we confirm the dispatch by sending a second email to you (dispatch confirmation).Items from the same order, which are not included in the dispatch confirmation, are not included in the purchase contract.
